Tisch School of the Arts & The Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program presents the 2011 Summer Musical Theatre Workshop. A fairly new program at the GMTWP, the Summer Musical Theatre Workshop (SMTW) offers GMTWP alumni the opportunity to workshop new musicals in progress. This year, SMTW will begin a collaboration with the Undergraduate Drama Program at Tisch to mount 4 new musicals by alumni. Students from the UG Drama Program's New Studio will perform the works while other NYU alums will direct, music direct, choreograph, design, etc. The productions will be held in the new Black Box Theatre at the Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program.

Jennifer the Unspecial: Time Travel, Love Potions & 8th Grade
