Memory Is The Mother Of All Wisdom is a two person comic-tragedy about the troubled relationship of a Mother (62) who has just been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and her Daughter (31) who moves back home to Brooklyn to take care of her. As they always have, they argue constantly about the central man in their lives (Daughter’s father, Mother’s husband) and anything else that comes up. Throughout the course of the show, Mother, once practically a force of nature, slowly deteriorates, and Daughter must find a way to come to terms with their wrecked relationship.
